Real photos, accurate specs and a clear price for every listing.

Correct disclosure of VAT, warranty, import status and availability.

Compliance with our EV-first rules — electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles only.

Rules of conduct

Do not list vehicles that aren't available or can't be sold on the stated terms.

Do not use other parties' photos without the right to do so or without clear attribution.

Do not enter SOH, warranty, VIN or mileage figures you can't back up with documents.

Do not direct buyers to off-platform payments presented as a FindVolta service.

Liability and limitations

The business is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, the right to sell the vehicle, the documents, the warranty and the tax treatment. FindVolta surfaces trust signals and analytics, but these are not a legal guarantee that any deal will go through.

FindVolta does not guarantee a number of inquiries, sales or any specific revenue.

The platform may remove misleading listings or suspend a profile for violations.

Reviews are moderated but do not constitute a legal vetting of the business.

A business profile does not replace a license, insurance or regulatory approval.
